At A M Water Services, we believe in laying strong foundations — not just in the ground, but in people. From helping aspiring athletes reach international tournaments to backing youth sport and inclusive employment, we’re proud to support the next generation as they build their futures.

When 12-year-old Baylie Pyke dreamed of playing golf at college level in the US, she knew the journey would be tough. But through years of dedication — and support from her family and local partners like A M Water Services — she made that dream a reality.
Baylie earned a scholarship to Iowa Western College in Omaha, where she studied media production and competed across the US collegiate golf circuit. Our sponsorship helped fund her travel and equipment, including a hard travel case that protected her clubs — a vital safeguard for her competitive future.
“This was amazing support,” Baylie shared. “If something had happened to my clubs, my college career could’ve been over.”
Her efforts paid off: she finished 5th at Nationals in 2024 and earned the honorary All-American title. Since returning to the UK, she’s continued to compete, winning the under-21s Faldo Series event and attending the finals in the UAE. Today, she’s building a future in media, with opportunities to work alongside Sir Nick Faldo’s team and local sports journalists.
“I’d like to say a huge thank you to Leanne and Aaron at A M Water Services for their generous sponsorship. Watch this space!”

Northampton BBOB RFC isn’t just a rugby club — it’s a community hub. But only 10% of young players progress from minis to senior levels. With rising costs and post-pandemic pressures, youth sport needs more than passion — it needs real investment.
Our support has helped fund match-day kits and coaching resources for their junior teams. That pride in the jersey, and the structure behind it, is key to keeping kids engaged in sport and giving them a positive path forward.
The club also has ambitious goals to develop a girls’ rugby pathway following the success of their women’s team. “We want to inspire and nurture the next generation,” they told us. “Because we don’t just play rugby — we build character, friendships and resilience.”
“It’s about community, and it’s wonderful to see a company like A M Water support that.”

Not all future journeys happen on a pitch. At Café Track, a social enterprise in Northampton, young autistic adults gain confidence and work experience through real-world employment placements.
Since 2019, Café Track has supported over 175 individuals and created more than 200 job placement opportunities. Thanks to our sponsorship, they’ve been able to provide extra support to those who need it most, opening doors to brighter futures.
“A M Water Services are incredibly supportive,” the team told us. “From funding to visits and encouragement — they’re part of the Café Track story.”
We don’t see sponsorships as transactions. We see them as part of the same ethos that drives our work in the field: show up, solve problems, leave things better than we found them. Just as we train our teams to handle water infrastructure challenges with care and precision, we invest in people who need that same belief and backing to grow.
“The next generation needs more than encouragement — they need real, practical support.”
We’ll continue to back local causes where we can make a difference. Because whether it's a student, a player, or a young adult taking their first step into work — their future deserves investment.
